POLICIES

SCHEDULING:
A consultation is required prior to any medical service/treatment at Skinnovations medical aesthetics. Same day treatments can be done on the day of your consultation if you are an appropriate candidate. We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. Please note that upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your treatment. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.
 

A Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card is required to hold your appointment(s). We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely kept in your history file.


NEW PATIENT CONSULTATION POLICY:
To schedule a consultation we do charge a non-refundable $50 deposit that can be used toward your first service or products. Your consultation fee can not be used towards any cancellation fees but rather remains as a credit in your account for a future purchase. As stated above, we also require a credit card on file to hold your appointment for our
cancellation policy.


PAYMENTS:
At Skinnovations we accept cash, credit, debit, Aspire points, and Allē points. NO checks, please!


CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our patients are the most important part of our practice. This cancellation policy is put in place for our patients. Our appointments are reserved just for you. Related to this, we want you to understand that it is also a potential appointment for someone else who may have wanted that particular time. As a courtesy to our provider and to other
patients, we ask that you provide our office a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appt time, or a no-show, you will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.

 

LATE ARRIVALS:

If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes past the originally scheduled time, we may require you to reschedule to avoid impacting other patients’ appointments.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds are not given on services rendered due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments. All other refunds will be as Spa credit only. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the

desired outcome it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.

PRODUCT REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-spa credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.

TIPPING POLICY:

While tipping is common practice upon skincare services, massages, and non-medical spa settings; it is not necessary nor appropriate to tip for medical treatments/services performed at Skinnovations Medical Aesthetics. The treatments and services provided at Skinnovations are medical in nature and performed by licensed medical professionals.
